NMF’s folding stairs are made of steel. To protect them against weather influences they are completely hot dip galvanised according to NEN EN 1461. They can be supplied in Stainless Steel or aluminium as well.

Features of the folding stairs:
 1 unmovable step
 2, 3 of 4 movable steps. The second step always has a tip-up design to ensure no foot will be trapped under the next step
 Standard width 800 mm
 Has 2 gas cylinders on all models. Should one cylinder leak, than the second cylinder will always take part of the load of the folding stairs
 Equipped with a locking device in closed position, which can be easily operated by foot
 The railing moves parallel with the steps of the stairs
 The stairs are equipped with a landing rail covered with rubber for protection of the tank surface
 The stairs have 2 chains for easy lifting the stairs into the closed position and for limiting the range. Easy hook-up design
 Completely hot dip galvanised according to NEN EN 1461

Options:
 a safety cage with a size of 1,400 x 1,400 mm or 1,400 x 2,800 mm can be mounted
 safety cages up to a width of 10 m available
 the folding stair can be supplied in Stainless Steel or Aluminium
 pneumatic, hydraulic, hydro-pneumatic or hand-hydraulic operated
 wider or smaller

Special options:
 special width up to 10 m
 indicators, e.g. a closed position indicator
 folding stair with 6 steps
